You can only book a test by appointment if there are no planned test sessions at one of the other test centres in the requested period.

The writing and oral test are included in the test fee. However, participants who score less than B1 on the computer test are not allowed to participate in the writing and oral test, as the ITACE for Students does not issue certificates below B1. For this reason, candidates with a lower level of English are discouraged from participating. It is not possible to receive a refund if you score below level B1.
If a candidate cancels his/her registration, an administrative fee may be charged in accordance with the test centre’s cancellation policy.
